Our Financial Policy

CareCredit is a flexible patient payment program for healthcare expenses. This makes it easier for you to get the medical treatment or procedures you want and need. It is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures that are not covered by insurance.

We work with all dental insurance companies and always try to maximize your coverage through our meticulous detailing of procedures and interaction with your insurer. We even fill out your claim forms and are always happy to answer any questions as best we can.

However, please remember that you are responsible for the portion of your treatment not covered by insurance. Because we must balance our finances as well, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.

We know that unplanned issues can come up, leading to an appointment cancellation. Please call us right away at 317-348-1354 if you expect to miss your appointment. We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellation.

When a patient does not show up for their appointment, it means another one loses their opportunity to be seen. This is why we have a policy of charging for no-show appointments or those canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. A fee of $25 is charged if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment.
